Monitor does not turn on

Troubleshooting Checks Yes/No Possible Solutions
Is the power indicator lit? Yes Turn the monitor off, then turn it back on.
No Check the power connection between the monitor and the power outlet.
Is the power cord plugged into a power outlet? Yes Try another power outlet or use some other electrical device to confirm the same power outlet is working.
No Plug the power cord into a power outlet and press the Power button on the monitor.

No image appears

Is a video cable securely connected to both the monitor and computer? Yes Verify that the correct video input source is selected in the On-Screen Display Menu.
