Ersteinrichtung

Ständer installieren

Stellen Sie den Monitor mit dem Bildschirm nach unten auf eine ebene, stabile Oberfläche.
Richten Sie die oberen Haken des Monitorständers aus und schieben Sie sie in die Montageschlitze des Ständers.
Heben Sie den Monitor in seine aufrechte Position auf einer ebenen, stabilen Fläche.

Note: Aus Sicherheitsgründen und um eine optimale Leistung zu gewährleisten, stellen Sie den Monitor bitte auf eine ebene, stabile Oberfläche. Andernfalls kann der Monitor herunterfallen, wodurch der Monitor selbst beschädigt wird und/oder die Gefahr von Verletzungen besteht.

Ständer entfernen und Monitor montieren

In der folgenden Tabelle finden Sie die Standardabmessungen für Montagesätze.

Note: Nur zur Verwendung mit einem UL-zertifizierten Montagesatz/einer UL-zertifizierten Halterung. Um ein Wandmontageset oder eine Höhenverstellbasis zu erhalten, wenden Sie sich an ViewSonic® oder Ihren Händler vor Ort.

Note: Montagesätze sind separat erhältlich.

Important: Bevor Sie den Ständer entfernen, schalten Sie den Monitor aus, ziehen Sie alle Kabel ab und stellen Sie den Monitor mit dem Bildschirm nach unten auf eine ebene, stabile Oberfläche.

Halten Sie die Schnellverschlusslasche gedrückt und heben Sie den Ständer vorsichtig an.
Ziehen Sie leicht nach unten, um die Haken zu lösen und den Ständer zu entfernen.
Befestigen Sie die Montagehalterung an den VESA-Befestigungslöchern an der Rückseite des Monitors. Befestigen Sie ihn dann mit vier Schrauben (M4 x 10 mm).
Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen, die mit dem gekauften oder optionalen Montagesatz geliefert werden, um den Monitor zu montieren.

Verwenden des Sicherheitsschlitzes

Um zu verhindern, dass der Monitor gestohlen wird, verwenden Sie eine Sicherheitsschlitz-Verriegelungsvorrichtung, um den Monitor an einem festen Gegenstand zu sichern.

Darüber hinaus kann die Befestigung des Monitors an einer Wand oder einem festen Gegenstand mit einem Sicherheitskabel dazu beitragen, das Gewicht des Monitors zu tragen, um ein Umfallen des Monitors zu verhindern.

Verbindungen herstellen

An Stromversorgung anschließen

Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an die AC IN-Buchse an der Rückseite des Monitors an.
Schließen Sie den Netzstecker an eine Steckdose an.

Display-Anbindung

HDMI

Verbinden Sie ein Ende eines HDMI-Kabels mit einem HDMI-Anschluss des Monitors.
Stecken Sie das andere Ende des Kabels in den HDMI-Anschluss Ihres Computers.

DisplayPort

Verbinden Sie ein Ende eines DisplayPort-Kabels mit dem DP-Anschluss des Monitors.
Stecken Sie das andere Ende des Kabels in den DisplayPort- oder Mini DisplayPort-Anschluss Ihres Computers.

Note: So schließen Sie den Monitor an den Thunderbolt-Anschluss an (v. 1 & 2) Verbinden Sie an Ihrem Mac das Mini DisplayPort-Ende eines "Mini DisplayPort-auf-DisplayPort-Kabels" mit dem Thunderbolt-Ausgang Ihres Mac. Verbinden Sie dann das andere Ende des Kabels mit dem DisplayPort-Anschluss des Monitors.

Type-C

Verbinden Sie ein Ende eines USB-Typ-C-Kabels mit dem Typ C-Anschluss des Monitors.
Stecken Sie das andere Ende des Kabels in den USB-Typ-C-Anschluss Ihres Computers.

Note: Stellen Sie bei Verwendung des Videoausgangs sicher, dass Ihr USB-Type-C-Ausgabegerät (. B. Laptop) und Ihr Kabel Videosignalübertragungen unterstützen.

USB-Verbindung

Der Monitor unterstützt zwei Arten von USB-Anschlüssen, Upstream und Downstream. Beachten Sie beim Herstellen von Verbindungen folgende Leitlinien.

	Type-A	Unterstützt Aufladung bei 5 V/2 A.
	Micro USB	Nur zur Verwendung mit dem ColorPro-Rad™.

Note: Zur Verwendung von Peripheriegeräten mit USB-Type-A-Anschlüssen verbinden Sie bitte auch Ihren Computer mit dem USB-Type-B-Anschluss des Monitors.

USB-Anschlüsse verwenden

Verbinden Sie zur Verwendung der Downstream-USB-Type-A-Anschlüsse ein Ende des USB-Type-B-Kabels mit dem Upstream-USB-Type-B-Anschluss des Monitors. Schließen Sie das andere Ende des Kabels, USB Type-A, an einen USB-Anschluss Ihres Computers aus.
Verbinden Sie Ihr Peripheriegerät mit einem Downstream-USB-Type-A-Anschluss des Monitors.

Audioverbindung

Stecken Sie die Audiobuchse des Audiogeräts in den Audio Out-Anschluss des Monitors.

Note: Der Monitor ist außerdem mit zwei Lautsprechern ausgestattet.

Verwenden des Monitors

Anpassen des Betrachtungswinkels

Höhenverstellung

Senken oder heben Sie den Monitor auf die gewünschte Höhe (0 bis 130 mm) ab.

Note: Drücken Sie beim Justieren entlang der Einstellschiene fest nach unten und halten Sie den Monitor mit beiden Händen an der Seite.

Anpassung der Bildschirmausrichtung (Monitor-Pivot)

Stellen Sie die Monitorhöhe auf die höchste Position ein. Kippen Sie dann den Monitor nach hinten in die volle Kippposition.
Drehen Sie den Monitor um 90° im Uhrzeigersinn oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (3) vom Quer- ins Hochformat.

Achten Sie beim Einstellen darauf, dass Sie beide Seiten Ihres Monitors mit beiden Händen fest halten.
Wenn Sie die Auto-Pivot-Funktion verwenden, kann das System die Bildschirmausrichtung automatisch erkennen.

Schwenkbare Einstellung

Schwenken Sie den Monitor nach links oder rechts für den gewünschten Betrachtungswinkel (60°).

Neigungseinstellung

Neigen Sie den Monitor nach vorne oder hinten in den gewünschten Betrachtungswinkel (-5° bis 21°).

Note: Stützen Sie den Standfuß beim Justieren mit einer Hand fest ab, während Sie mit der anderen Hand den Monitor nach vorne oder hinten neigen.

Ein-/Ausschalten des Monitors

Stecken Sie das angeschlossene Netzteil in eine Steckdose.
Drücken Sie die Ein- / Aus-Taste ( ) , um den Monitor einzuschalten.
Um den Monitor auszuschalten, drücken Sie die Ein- / Aus-Taste ( ) erneut klicken.

Note:

Wenn das OSD-Menü noch auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt wird, halten Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste gedrückt ( ) Taste für drei Sekunden zum Ausschalten.
Der Monitor verbraucht immer noch etwas Strom, solange das Netzkabel an die Steckdose angeschlossen ist. Wenn der Monitor längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, ziehen Sie bitte den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.

Joy-Taste verwenden

Verwenden Sie die Joy Key, um Hotkeys zu aktivieren, im OSD-Menü (On-Screen Display) zu navigieren und die Einstellungen zu ändern.

Wenn das OSD-Menü (On-Screen Display) ausgeschaltet ist, können Sie mit der Joy Key schnell auf spezielle Funktionen zugreifen.

PureXP™	Short for “Pure Experience”, this feature can enhance the visual quality of moving objects, making them less vague with a clearer view.
Information	Display the monitor information.
OSD Timeout	Set the length of time the OSD Menu remains on screen.
OSD Background	Show/Hide the OSD background when the OSD Menu appears on the screen.
OSD Pivot	Set the OSD Menu orientation. Auto: With the built-in G sensor, the OSD Menu can automatically pivot when the monitor is positioned vertically. 0°: Sets the OSD Menu without a pivot. +90°: Sets the OSD Menu with a +90° pivot. 90°: Sets the OSD Menu with a -90° pivot. 180°: Sets the OSD Menu with a 180° pivot.
Power Indicator	Set the Power Indicator On or Off. If the setting is set to On, the power indicator lights blue when the device is turned on.
Auto Power Off	Enable this option to allow the monitor to automatically turn off after a certain amount of time.
Sleep	Set the amount of idle time before the monitor enters Sleep mode.
Multi-Picture	Off Disable this function. PBP Left-Right Display two windows, a 1x1 split screen, side-by-side on the left and right of the screen. User can specify the input source for each screen. PIP Split the screen into two parts, a main window and an inset window. User can specify the input source for each screen. Dual Color Display two different color settings in PIP or PBP mode.
ECO Mode	Choose between various modes, based on power consumption.
Overscan	Enable this option to automatically enlarge the original picture horizontally and vertically to an equal aspect ratio that fills the screen.
Response Time	Adjust the response time, creating smooth images without streaking, blurring or ghosting. A low response time is perfect for the most graphic-intense gaming, and provides amazing visual quality while watching sports or action movies.
USB Charging	Enable/disable usb charging.
Backstage Lighting	Adjust the LED lighting.
Burn-in Eraser	Reduce image burn-in.
DDC/CI	Enable this option to allow the monitor control via the graphics card.
Rename	Rename the personalized custom profile.
All Recall	Resets all settings to their default values.

Advanced Features and Settings

Auto Pivot

With the Auto Pivot function, the monitor can detect the image display and adjust the image’s orientation on the screen automatically when pivoting the screen vertically or horizontally.

To enable the DDC/CI setting:

Open the OSD Menu and select the Setup Menu menu. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter the menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select DDC/CI. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter its sub-menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select On. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to confirm.

After making sure DDC/CI is On, proceed to set OSD Pivot to Auto:

Open the OSD Menu and select the Setup Menu menu. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter the menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select OSD Pivot. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter its sub-menu.

Backstage Lighting

With the Backstage Lighting function, the monitor can adjust the LED brightness to the optimal settings.

To configure the Backstage Lighting settings:

Open the OSD Menu and select the Setup Menu menu. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter the menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select Backstage Lighting. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter its sub-menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 to enable the function. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to confirm.

Colorbration+

To ensure long-term color accuracy, some specific models support the hardware color calibration function. The Colorbration+ application installation file can be found at our website.

Standard monitor packing does not include the color sensor, which the Colorbration+ application needs for the calibration process.

Dual Color

The monitor comes with a dual color engine to display two different color settings in PIP (Picture-in-Picture) or PBP (Picture-by-Picture) mode. You can set different color presets in both windows (The Main Window and Secondary Window).

To configure Dual Color:

Move the Joy Key ( ) to display the Startup Menu. Then navigate to Main Menu and press the Joy Key ( ) to display the OSD Menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select the Setup Menu menu. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter the menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select Multi-Picture. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter its sub-menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select Dual Color. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter its sub-menu.

Firmware Update

For the best display performance and to resolve any known issues, it is best to keep your monitor updated with the latest firmware version. With the supplied USB cable and the vDisplayManager application, you can easily update your monitor’s firmware.

To update the firmware:

Download and install the vDisplayManager application from our website.
Connect one end of a USB Type B cable to the USB Type B port of the monitor. Then connect the other end of the cable to a USB port of the computer.

Launch vDisplayManager. Select the Advanced tab in the side menu.
Click Update to check for any updates to your monitor’s firmware.
Wait until the update process is complete (if applicable).

HDR (High-Dynamic-Range)

HDR reduces the overall contrast of a given scene so that detail in the highlights and shadows can be better seen.

To enable the HDR function:

Move the Joy Key ( ) to display the Startup Menu. Then navigate to Main Menu and press the Joy Key ( ) to display the OSD Menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select Color Mode. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter the Color Mode menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select HDR. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter its sub-menu.

KVM

The KVM function allows the user to control two computers connected to the same monitor from a single keyboard and mouse.

To connect the two computers to the monitor:

Connect one end of a USB Type C cable to the USB Type C port of the monitor. Then connect the other end of the cable to the USB Type C port of the laptop.
Connect one end of a DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort port of the monitor. Then connect the other end of the cable to the DisplayPort or Mini DisplayPort of the computer.
Connect one end of a USB Type B cable to the USB Type B port of the monitor. Then connect the other end of the cable to a USB port of the computer.

To enable PBP mode:

Move the Joy Key ( ) to display the Startup Menu. Then navigate to Main Menu and press the Joy Key ( ) to display the OSD Menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select the Setup Menu menu. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter the menu.

To activate the KVM function:

Move and hold the Joy Key ( ) for two seconds to activate the KVM function.
Then you will be able to switch the cursor between the two screens (left/right window).

Multi-Picture

Multi-Picture allows users to further customize their work space by allowing up to four split windows from different inputs, displaying high resolution content with different aspect ratios, without distortion from the original input sources.

To enable Multi-Picture mode:

Move the Joy Key ( ) to display the Startup Menu. Then navigate to Main Menu and press the Joy Key ( ) to display the OSD Menu.
Move the Joy Key ( ) or ( ) to select Color Mode. Then press the Joy Key ( ) to enter the Color Mode menu.

Color Calibration

What is Colorbration⁺?

Color accuracy is one of the most important aspects of the creative workflow and ensuring that your monitor’s color accurately represents the color of your original image or digital file is essential. The software allows you to:

Calibrate and profile your monitor quickly and easily.
Control white point, luminance, contrast ratio, gamma, and more.

Where to Get Colorbration⁺?

The Colorbration⁺ software can be downloaded from our website.

After the download completes, launch the Setup file and follow the on-screen directions to install the software.

Connection Methods

In addition to downloading the software, make sure that your monitor, computer and colorimeter are properly connected.

There are two methods of connection for your monitor and computer:

HDMI or DisplayPort

Users with an HDMI or DisplayPort connection should also connect their monitor and computer via a USB Type C to USB Type A cable.

Type C

Users with a USB Type C connection can connect their monitor and computer directly.

Colorimeter Connection

Connect the USB Type A cable of the colorimeter to the USB Type A port of the monitor.

Preparing for Color Calibration

Please make sure all connections have been made and are correct.
Tilt your monitor upwards.

Remove the lens cap (if applicable) and carefully place the measurement device in contact with the monitor’s screen.

Using Colorbration+

Upon initially launching Colorbration⁺ the user will have two modes to choose from:

Basic Mode
Advanced Mode

General Operation

To begin the Advanced Mode calibration process:

Select Device Selection, then the monitor you wish to calibrate from the available options.
Connect and select the measurement device you wish to use from the available options.
Select Calibration on the Sidebar Menu.
Choose your desired calibration settings from the drop-down menu, or create a custom profile.
Once the calibration settings have been chosen, select to begin the calibrating process.
Wait until the color calibration process is complete.

Safety Precautions

Please read these instructions completely before using the equipment.

Keep this user guide in a safe place for later reference.
Read all warnings and follow all instructions.
Sit at least 18" (45 cm) away from the device.
Allow at least 4" (10 cm) clearance around the device to ensure proper ventilation.
Place the device in a well-ventilated area. Do not place anything on the device that prevents heat dissipation.
Do not use the device near water. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the device to moisture.
Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or other sources of sustained heat.
Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other devices (including amplifiers) that may increase the temperature of the device to dangerous levels.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the external housing. For more information, refer to the "Maintenance" section of this manual.
Avoid touching the screen, as oil may collect on the screen if you touch it.
Do not touch the screen surface with sharp or hard objects, as it may cause damage to the screen.
Do not place the device on cloth or other materials that may be placed between the product and supporting furniture.
When moving the device, be careful not to drop or bump the device on anything.
Do not place the device on an uneven or unstable surface. The device may fall over resulting in an injury or a malfunction.
Do not place any heavy objects on the device or connection cables.
Always use cabinets, stands, or installation methods recommended by the manufacturer of the device set.
Always use furniture that can safely support the device.
Always ensure the device is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
Do not place the device on tall furniture, such as cupboards or bookcases, without anchoring both the furniture and the device to a suitable support.
Always educate children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the device or related equipment.
Do not place the monitor where children are likely to be present.
Do not place items that might tempt children to climb, such as toys and remote controls, on the top of the device or furniture on which the product is placed.
If smoke, an abnormal noise, or a strange odor is present, immediately turn the device off and call your dealer or ViewSonic®. It is dangerous to continue using the device.
Do not attempt to circumvent the safety provisions of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade and the third prong are provided for your safety. If the plug does not fit into your outlet, obtain an adapter and do not attempt to force the plug into the outlet.
When connecting to a power outlet, Do not remove the grounding prong. Please ensure grounding prongs are never removed.
Always route and manage cords and cables connected to your device so they cannot be tripped over, pulled, or grabbed.
Protect the power cord from being treaded upon or pinched, particularly at the plug, and at the point where it emerges from the equipment. Ensure that the power outlet is located near the equipment so that it is easily accessible.
Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet if the device is not being used for a long period of time.
Please confirm the distribution system installed in the building. The system should provide a circuit breaker rated at 120/240V, 20A.
Only use attachments/accessories, such as carts, stands, tripods, brackets or tables, specified by the manufacturer.
When a cart is used, use with caution when moving the cart/equipment combination to avoid injury from tipping over.
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Service will be required when the unit has been damaged in any way, such as:

if the power-supply cord or plug is damaged.
if liquid is spilled onto or objects fall into the unit.
if the unit is exposed to rain or moisture.
if the unit does not operate normally or has been dropped.

When using ear-/headphones, adjust the volume to appropriate levels, or hearing damage may result.
Stability Hazard: The display may fall, causing serious personal injury or death. To prevent injury, this display must be securely attached to the floor/wall in accordance with the installation instructions.
Fastening the display to a wall or fixed object using cordage or other restraining devices can help support the weight of the display in order to prevent the display from falling over.

Eingeschränkte Garantie

ViewSonic®-Anzeigegeräte

Folgendes wird von der Garantie abgedeckt:

ViewSonic® gewährleistet im Rahmen der Garantiezeit, dass unsere Produkte frei von Material- und Herstellungsfehlern sind. Falls sich ein Produkt innerhalb der Garantiezeit als defekt erweisen sollte, nimmt ViewSonic® nach eigenem Ermessen entweder eine Reparatur oder einen Austausch des Produktes gegen ein gleichwertiges Produkt vor. Dies ist Ihr alleiniges Rechtsmittel. Austauschprodukte können aufbereitete oder überholte Teile und Komponenten enthalten. Repariertes oder ausgetauschtes Gerät bzw. Teile oder Komponenten unterliegen der verbleibenden Dauer der ursprünglichen eingeschränkten Garantie des Kunden. Die Garantiedauer wird nicht verlängert. ViewSonic® bietet keine Garantie für Drittanbietersoftware, unabhängig davon, ob Sie dem Produkt beigefügt war oder vom Kunden installiert wurde. Ausgenommen ist auch die Installation unautorisierter Hardwareteile oder -komponenten (z. B. Projektorlampen). (Bitte beachten Sie Abschnitt „Was die Garantie nicht abdeckt“).

So lange gilt die Garantie:

Bei ViewSonic®-Anzeigegeräten gilt eine 1- bis 3-jährige Garantie – abhängig vom Land, in dem das Gerät erworben wurde. Die Garantie deckt ab Datum des Erstkaufes sämtliche Teile einschließlich der Lichtquelle sowie sämtliche Lohnkosten ab.

Die Garantie gilt für:

Garantieleistungen können nur durch den Erstkäufer wahrgenommen werden.

Was die Garantie nicht abdeckt:

Jegliche Produkte, deren Seriennummer unkenntlich gemacht, verändert oder entfernt wurde.
Schäden, Minderungen oder Fehlfunktionen, die durch Folgendes entstehen:

Unfall, Missbrauch, Fahrlässigkeit, Brand, Wasser, Blitzschlag, höhere Gewalt, nicht autorisierte Veränderungen des Produktes, Nichteinhaltung der mit dem Produkt gelieferten Bedienungsanweisungen.
Reparaturen oder versuchte Reparaturen durch nicht von ViewSonic® autorisierte Personen oder Institutionen.
Schäden an oder Verlust von Programmen, Daten oder Wechseldatenträgern.
Normaler Verschleiß.
Entfernen oder Installation des Produkts.

Software- oder Datenverluste während Reparaturen oder Ersatz.
Jeglichen Schäden am Produkt aufgrund des Transports.
Ursachen außerhalb des Produkts wie Stromschwankungen oder -ausfälle.
Verwendung von Komponenten oder Teilen, die nicht ViewSonics Spezifikationen entsprechen.
Unterlassung regelmäßiger Produktwartung entsprechend der Bedienungsanleitung durch den Nutzer.
Jeglichen sonstigen Ursachen, die sich nicht auf einen Produktdefekt beziehen.
Schäden aufgrund längerer Anzeige statischer (unbeweglicher) Bilder (auch als eingebrannte Bilder bezeichnet).
Software – jegliche mit dem Produkt gelieferte oder vom Kunden installierte Drittanbietersoftware.
Hardware/Zubehör/Teile/Komponenten – Installation jeglicher unautorisierter Hardware, Zubehörteile, Verbrauchsartikel oder Komponenten (z. B. Projektorlampen).
Schäden an oder unsachgemäße Behandlung der Oberflächenbeschichtung des Anzeigegerätes durch unangemessene Reinigung entgegen der Beschreibung in der Bedienungsanleitung.
Gebühren für Entfernung, Installation und Aufstellung, einschließlich Wandmontage des Produktes.

So nehmen Sie Garantieleistungen wahr:

Informationen zur Wahrnehmung von Leistungen im Rahmen der Garantie erhalten Sie vom ViewSonic®-Kundendienst (siehe „Kundendienst“-Seite). Sie müssen die Seriennummer des Produktes angeben.
Zur Inanspruchnahme von Garantieleistungen benötigen Sie: a) Originalrechnung, b) Ihr Name, c) Ihre Anschrift, d) Problembeschreibung und e) Seriennummer des Produktes.
Übergeben oder senden Sie das Produkt ausreichend frankiert in der Originalverpackung an den autorisierten ViewSonic®-Kundendienst oder direkt an ViewSonic®.
Zusätzliche Informationen und Anschriften des nächsten ViewSonic®Kundendienstes erhalten Sie von ViewSonic®.

Einschränkung impliziter Gewährleistungen:

Es gibt keinerlei Gewährleistungen, ob ausdrücklich oder implizit, welche sich über den hierin erwähnten Umfang hinaus erstrecken; dies gilt auch für implizite Gewährleistungen von Markttauglichkeit und Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck.

Wechselwirkungen mit örtlichen Gesetzen:

Diese Garantie verleiht Ihnen spezifische gesetzliche Rechte; eventuelle weitere Rechte, die von Land zu Land variieren, werden dadurch nicht berührt. In manchen Staaten oder Ländern sind Ausschluss oder Einschränkung impliziter Gewährleistungen, beiläufiger oder Folgeschäden nicht zulässig; daher gelten die obigen Einschränkungen und Ausschlüsse eventuell nicht für Sie.

Vertrieb außerhalb der USA und Kanadas:

Bei Fragen zur Garantie und zu Serviceleistungen zu ViewSonic®-Produkten, die außerhalb der USA und Kanadas vertrieben werden, wenden Sie sich an ViewSonic® oder Ihren ViewSonic®-Händler vor Ort.

Die Garantiezeit dieses Produktes auf dem chinesischen Festland (ausgenommen Hongkong, Macau und Taiwan) unterliegt den Bedingungen und Konditionen der Wartungsgarantiekarte.

Mexico Limited Warranty

ViewSonic® Display

What the warranty covers:

ViewSonic® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ViewSonic® will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a like product. Replacement product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components & accessories.

How long the warranty is effective:

ViewSonic® LCD displays are warranted for between 1 and 3 years, depending on your country of purchase, for all parts including the light source and for all labour from the date of the first consumer purchase.

Who the warranty protects:

This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser.

What the warranty excludes and does not cover:

Any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified, or removed.
Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from:

Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
Causes external to the product, such as electrical power fluctuations or failure.
Use of supplies or parts not meeting ViewSonic®’s specifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.

Any product exhibiting a condition commonly known as “image burn-in” which results when a static image is displayed on the product for an extended period of time.
Removal or installation of the product.

For information about receiving service under warranty, contact ViewSonic® Customer Support (Please refer to the “Customer Service” page). You will need to provide your product’s serial number, so please record the product information in the space provided below on your purchase for your future use. Please retain your receipt of proof of purchase to support your warranty claim.

To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide: (a) the original dated sales slip, (b) your name, (c) your address, (d) a description of the problem, and (e) the serial number of the product.
Take or ship the product, freight prepaid, in the original container to an authorized ViewSonic® service center.
Round trip transportation costs for in-warranty products will be paid by ViewSonic®.

Limitation of implied warranties:

There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description contained herein including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Exclusion of damages:

ViewSonic®’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. ViewSonic® shall not be liable for:

Damage to other property caused by any defects in the product, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, interference with business relationships, or other commercial loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
Any claim against the customer by any other party.
Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by ViewSonic®.
