Troubleshooting Common Problems
This section describes some common problems that you may experience when using the Trolley Cart.

No power
|
- Plug another electrical device into the power outlet to verify that the outlet is supplying power.
- Ensure the power cord is properly and securely connected to the device and power outlet.
- If the Trolley Cart works but not the IFP, ensure the power cords are properly and securely connected to the IFP and the Trolley Cart.

Lift is not moving
|
- Ensure the power cord is connect properly.
- Ensure the outlet is supplying power.
- Ensure the Control Pad Cable is properly and securely connected to the Trolley Cart.
- Ensure the USB cable is properly and securely connected to the Trolly Cart and IFP.
