Why isn't the remote control working?

What should I do if the power indicator is off and there is no response?

Why does the display not recognize the USB storage device?
Solution 1 ► Ensure the drive is either formatted for FAT32 or NTFS.

Video Not Working Properly
Why is there no picure or sound?
