Also, keep in mind that some devices will require a higher power delivery (wattage) to function correctly. Therefore, some USB ports on monitors will not be able to supply adequate power. If this is the case you will need to connect the device directly to the computer or supplement it with additional external power (e.g., power brick).</p>
