Console Introduction

Function Description

After ViewSign Console is installed and the ViewSonic Pen Display Device is connected, a ViewSign Console Widget will be present on the computer’s desktop and tray icon as shown above.

Item	Description
(a) ViewSign Logo	Users can click and hold the icon to drag and move the ViewSign Console Widget. Additionally, users can click on the close icon (right upper corner) to close the ViewSign Console Widget.
(b) Pen Display Driver	Launches the ViewSonic Pen Display Driver main screen.
(c) Media Player	Launches the Media Player main screen.
(d) Sync Monitor	Launches the sync screen of the ViewSonic Pen Display device.
(e) User-Defined Signature Application	Launches the user-defined signature application.

Close / Re-launch the Widget

To close the Widget:

• Click the close icon in the right upper corner of the ViewSign Console Widget.

To Re-launch the Widget:

• Select Show Widget on desktop from the Tray Icon.

Pen Display Driver

Pen Display Driver

Select Pen Display Driver from the Widget or Tray, and it will show the main screen of the Pen Display Driver.

1. Users can adjust the Tip Feel to fit their writing style, and can also check the pen pressure status by pressing down on the display device with the pen tip.
2. From the Mapping tab, users can select the Pen Display Device mapping position via Select the Pen Display.
3. By clicking on About users can check Driver Info, ASIC FW Version, EN/BRIDGE FW Version and Model.

Media Player

Media Player

Select Media Player from the Widget or Tray, and it will show the main screen of the Media Player.

1. Click Upload to select and add media files to the Database.
2. Select the media files from the Database which you want to play and click the right arrow to add them to the Playlist.
3. Select the media files from the Playlist and arrange them by priority and play period (seconds).
4. After all settings are done, click Save.

Example
If a user needs ViewSign Console to play media automatically after PC/laptop reboot, users can:

Arrange files by priority > click Play media > click Save > click Close (right upper corner).

Sync Monitor

Sync Monitor

Select Sync Monitor from the Widget or Tray, and it will show the sync monitor of the Pen Display Device screen. Users can move and resize this Sync Monitor.

User-Defined Signature Application

User-Defined Signature Application

Select User Define Signature App from the Widget or Tray to launch the user-defined signature application.

The user will need to select their preferred signature application execution file during the first launch.

e.g., ViewSign Desktop is

C:\Program Files (x86)\ViewSonic\ViewSignDesktop\GraphoSign.exe

e.g., ViewSign Pro is

C:\Program Files (x86)\ViewSign Pro\SIGNificantOfflineClient.exe 

Then, users can launch their signature application from the Widget or Tray.

To change the signature application execution file location, users can right click on User Define Signature App from the Widget.
